Amidst a quarter-life crisis I felt the need to write about what I love most: running, cooking, and of course, eating.
I am passionate about anything and everything running related. This means that I love athletic clothes, shoes, racing, and most of all, CARB-LOADING! I try to sweat daily because it makes me feel great and keeps me sane (and trust me, that is hard to do!).
Best of all, running gives me a great excuse to eat as much food as I can possibly fit in my belly. Fortunately, I’m most fond of low-fat, low-sugar, unprocessed vegan food. But that’s not to say that I don’t love me a good order of french fries, or a few (aka. a dozen) great cupcakes!
This blog is about me trying to find balance in my life, and doing what I love to do most.
